Mr. Hlumelo Biko
Deputy Chairman

Non-Executive Director.  Appointed to the Board in October 2004.  Hlumelo is the Chief Executive Officer of Circle Capital Ventures (Pty) Ltd and the Chairman of Commsco.

Mr Twala has a background in banking, investment and financial management, and studied at prestigious overseas institutions including Harvard University and Eastern College in the USA, and Nijenrode University in Holland. He joined Cueincident from Kagiso Securities Limited where he was Managing Director. Prior to this he was the Head of Investment at Eskom Enterprises, and Executive Assistant to the Finance Director of SA Breweries. He has also held senior executive positions at Standard and BOE banks.

Mr. Vusi Fakudze
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Fakudze is an Associate Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants; an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (CIS), and holds a B.Compt (Bachelor of Accounting Science) from UNISA. He completed articles with Coopers and Lybrand, and has served in a senior capacity in a number of financial and commercial organisations.

Mr. Peter Liddiard
Non-Executive (IEI)

Non-Executive Director.  Appointed to the Board in October 2004.  Peter is the Investment Executive of VenFin Limited.

OLIVER PETERSEN

Non-Executive Director.  Appointed to the Board in May 2006.  Oliver is the Financial Manager for Circle Capital Ventures (Pty) Ltd.

SELLO RASETHABA

Non-Executive Director.  Appointed to the Board in July 2003.  Sello is the Chief Executive Officer of Orlyfunt Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
