Executive Management

	Vusi Twala Chief Executive Officer Mr Twala has a background in banking, investment and financial management, and studied at prestigious overseas institutions including Harvard University and Eastern College in the USA, and Nijenrode University in Holland. He joined Cueincident from Kagiso Securities Limited where he was Managing Director. Prior to this he was the Head of Investment at Eskom Enterprises, and Executive Assistant to the Finance Director of SA Breweries. He has also held senior executive positions at Standard and BOE banks.
	Vusi Fakudze Chief Financial Officer Mr Fakudze is an Associate Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants; an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (CIS), and holds a B.Compt (Bachelor of Accounting Science) from UNISA. He completed articles with Coopers and Lybrand, and has served in a senior capacity in a number of financial and commercial organisations.
	M E Kordom Chief Surveillance Operations Officer Mr Kordom has been with the company since its inception, and was appointed to the Board in February 2003. In his capacity he holds overall responsibility for review, management, customer relations, and operations management of the Johannesburg, Tshwane/Pretoria, and Rosslyn Surveillance Technology Systems.
	JL Grobbelaar Chief Commercial Officer A graduate of the University of Technology Pretoria, he is in the final stages of completing an MBA. His experience covers wide-ranging applications as an Industrial Engineer including production and fabrication lines of rail, rolling stock and military landmine vehicles. He has had responsibility for the functional and detailed design of security systems for both commuter rail and stations in the major economic hubs in South Africa, and plays a key role in the development of quality systems covering all functional processes in the Company.
	Mthandeni Mntungwa Chief Business Development Officer Executive Director: Business Development Mr Mtungwa has a background in banking, investment, and ervice management. He studied at local and overseas institutions in the USA and Europe, and holds an MBA from Nijenrode University in Holland.
	Neale Strauch Chief tehcnical Officer Neale Strauch possesses extensive knowlegde in Security Management and Systems Engineering. Since 1995 he has specialised in surveillance in urban commercial environaments, and has been key to the design and installation of some 14 major systems in South Africa. Over the past 10 years he has gained recognition as a leading specialist in system design, logistic engineering, and maintenance management, and for his development of configuration management and management systems.
	Lizette van Heerden Executive Manager: Human Resources Lizette holds diplomas in Organization & Workstudy, and in Human Resource Management. She has extensive experience within the HR field, including: Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management; Assessment and Reviews; development, managing, co-ordinating, and administering Training Programmes; and Industrial and Labour Relations. She has gained experience in employment opportunities in the medical, hospitality and gaming industries, where her duties involved all aspects of business activity, with particular emphasis on the HR interface. She joined Cueincident in 2002, primarily focusing on training and skills development, and was appointed to her present position in early 2006.
	Andrea van den Heuvel Executive Manager: Finance Andrea joined the company in 2001, and held positions as Commercial Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Procurement Manager prior to her appointment as Finance Manager. She is responsible to the CFO for budget management and financial control, planning and preparation of annual and longer term capital and operating budgets, preparation of cash flow statements and forecasts, liaison with banks and external bodies, and preparation of quarterly financial status reports and forecast projections.
